CLM Community Sport staff have had the pleasure in supporting the Kuraconnect community group with their activations over the past couple of months.

Kuraconnect is a collaboration of organisations across Papakura who have come together to provide opportunities  to connect the community through whanau friendly physical activities for Papakura. The most recent Redhill Popup Night was a hit with the community, with all the awesome spot prizes available. The feature activation of the night was the Rock wall that had 2mtr long lines of the kids keen to have a go with the trained volunteers on the night. The Basketball and Karaoke were busy too, having everyone firing basketballs from all parts of the courts.

Everyone was well hydrated and well fed thanks to the free BBQ provided. A massive thanks to Papakura Marae for also providing a bikes that were given away as spot prizes!
