At CLM Community sport our role its to promote, educate, recruit and encourage coaches to engage in the array of programme and workshops available to assist with coach development in sports clubs.

A course that focuses on the essential human elements of coaching, relative to all coaches regardless of the sport code they coach. The programme is available online twice a year and can also be presented online or in person to your own organisations coaches (club, school, community group)
Coach Evolve is a generic cross-code coach development programme available to those working in clubs, schools and the community. You will explore the latest in teaching and learning, technology, stages of development and motivation through a series of interactive workshops and forums
CLM is searching for coaching champions to become Coach Developers. These volunteer roles entail a coach undertaking professional development to become a community coach developer. Coach developers deliver coaching courses, facilitate learning, provide mentoring, complete coach observations and generally coach the coaches within their sports organisation.
Aims to create positive sporting experiences for Kiwi kids by supporting and educating the key adult influencers in children’s sport: parents, caregivers, coaches, teachers and sport leaders.

Three times a year, a series of Monday nights are allocated for community coaches to jump online and chew the fat around certain coaching topics. These events also allow time for coaches to share their most recent coaching successes and coaching headaches.
