CLM Community Sports club connect programme aims to build the capability and capacity of organisations so they are able to create a more a better experience for their members and volunteers.

Experienced and qualified consultants, alongside staff, will meet and provide the community club / organisation with information attaining to a variety of services.  One of the valuable services that they offer is Strategic Planning through the engagement with consultant Fay Freeman. Fay recently completed a series of strategic planning sessions with Counties Manukau Badminton, Papakura City Football and Weymouth Rugby.

With the right plans in place the committees will now have something to guide them in the direction of what success means to them and their community.
