What is Les Mills Virtual RPM™

Les Mills virtual RPM™ is the same workout as our standard RPM classes, however, there is no physical instructor. Instead, classes are delivered by Les Mills’ world-class instructors on a big screen.

This virtual cycling class allows you to choose how hard you want to push yourself. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, you control the intensity through hill climbs, sprints and flat rides. Virtual RPM is fantastic for improving cardio fitness, as well as burning fat and calories, while the low-impact nature of the exercise will also help you avoid injury.

We are pleased to bring many more class options into our very popular cycle space. Find a class time that suits you and book in through our app!
