Les Mills Pilates

This class is a 6-week trial from Wednesday 7th August until 13th September.

  • Wednesday 10.15am – 10.45am (30 mins class)
  • Friday 8.15am – 9.00am (45 mins class).

Les Mills Pilates is a 30/45-minute workout that combines traditional Pilates with the unique Les Mills experience. Perfect program for beginners as we use only mat and bodyweight. No weights, sliders and resistance bands needed.
It focuses on strengthening and toning the abs, glutes, back, and hips through slow, simple movements. The class also emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning with low-impact exercises. Expert guidance helps improve technique and control, while modern breath work promotes relaxation and renewal. This workout leaves you feeling strong, uplifted, and calm.
