our brand-new seasonal POWERHOUSE class designed specifically to prepare participants for HYROX. This 8-week program focuses on building the key physical qualities needed for HYROX success — endurance, strength, power, speed, and functional efficiency.
Each session includes a mix of running intervals and functional stations inspired by HYROX movements such as sled push/pull, lunges, wall balls, farmer carries, and more. The class is suitable for anyone wanting to improve fitness, build confidence, or train for their upcoming HYROX event.

No class: 21 Dec & 3 Jan
Open to non-members: $25 per class
