The Her Project

The HER Project is a 10 week long, all-inclusive programme designed to educate and encourage young women to live healthy, active and meaningful lives. The HER Project will allow participants to develop valuable lifelong skills that they can utilize in everyday life once finishing the programme. 

The programme is open to young women aged between 13-16 years old who are looking to gain confidence and knowledge within a gym environment, with the help of our HER Project Team Leaders.

Start date: September 12th

Empowered

Create a safe space that allows young women to feel confident in a new environment and within themselves.

Respected

Promote an understanding that respect not only comes from others, but, most importantly, from within ourselves.
