Aqua Aerobics Instructor - Position Available

The Health & Fitness Team based at Freyberg Community Pools are seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our dynamic team.

The role:
The ideal candidate will be willing to gain relevant qualifications and experience in delivering Aquarobic Group Fitness classes and Hydrotherapy group fitness classes. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills to engage the participants in the classes.
Knowledge of the industry is ideal however we are willing to teach/ train the right person with the right attitude.
The position is part time. We require someone to work 3 hours per week with shifts starting at 6pm. You may be asked to cover shifts from time to time and there is potential to gain more rostered shifts throughout the week.  

Skills: 
Flexibility will be required to meet the shift cover nature of the role and experience teaching aqua aerobics would be advantageous to the right applicant.

Have a friendly, vibrant and charismatic personality
Possess a high level of fitness, ability to think on the spot, adaptable and an excellent sense of rhythm.
Ideally be first aid qualified
Ideally be REPS registered- (Not essential)
Agree to a police check
