Kids Triathlon - I Tri'd the Tri Series 2023
Registrations are now open for the 2023 I tried the Tris kids triathlon series. All information and details below. Join this awesome event, open for all abilities!
Course Distances
4-6 years: 300m run / 600m cycle / 1 length swim in teaching pool
7 years: 750m run / 1.5k cycle / 25m swim
8-9 years: 750m run / 1.5k cycle / 50m swim
10-12 years: 1.5k run/ 3k cycle / 100m swim
Event Location
Skoglund Park and Freyberg Community Pool Palmerston North.
How To Enter
1. Complete the entry & consent form waiver by the 10th February - enter online here
2. Register on race day from 4:30pm (First race 5:20pm)
We must receive full payment and signed Parent's/Legal Guardian's consent form waiver to complete your registration.
Entry Fees Before 10th Feb
- Individual child (all 5 events) $20 OR
- Family of 3 or more (all 5 events) $60
- Club members Free (only if you pre-register by 10th Feb)
Entry Fees After 10th Feb
- Individual child $25 OR
- Family of 3 or more $75
WIN Sports Gear Of Your Choice For Your School!!! Manawatu Triathlon Club wants to reward schools with the best student participation numbers in the upcoming triathlon series. Prizes of sports vouchers will be presented to the winning schools. *Note the winning schools will be determined by taking into account roll size & numbers of students taking part. There will be prizes for different categories of schools.
