Good friends- have built good relationships. Keeping my body in order by being fit, toned and strong.
What motivates you?
Keep doing more press-ups than my 12yr old grandson!
How do you keep others around you motivated?
Positive affirmations in passing comments "you make that look easy" or "you're looking really good". I see the courage of others stepping into this place; I just want to help them.
Advice to give?
Keep yourself fit. Fit physically= fit mentally. Strengthens you for any adversities in your life.

How do I join?
We offer both lump sum and easy pay direct debit options. You can sign up in our facility or online.
What is included in my gym membership?
Your gym membership provides access to our fitness center, including complimentary fitness assessments and gym programs and access to all of our Group Fitness classes.
Can I suspend my membership?
Yes you can request a suspension of your membership at any time, please get in touch with us at the facility for more information on this process.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please get in touch with us at the facility if you wish to cancel your membership.
Can I buy a day pass?
We offer a range of options for access into the facility from casual admission, concession passes and memberships.
My direct debit account is overdue. What should I do?
