How do I join?
We offer both lump sum and easy pay direct debit options. You can sign up in our facility or online.
What is included in my gym membership?
Your gym membership provides access to our fitness center, including complimentary fitness assessments and gym programs and access to all of our Group Fitness classes.
Can I suspend my membership?
Yes you can request a suspension of your membership at any time, please get in touch with us at the facility for more information on this process.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please get in touch with us at the facility if you wish to cancel your membership.
Can I buy a day pass?
We offer a range of options for access into the facility from casual admission, concession passes and memberships.
My direct debit account is overdue. What should I do?

Tarulata Daya is a quiet achiever whose consistency and dedication never go unnoticed. She shows up regularly and puts in the work without seeking attention. If she misses her usual morning workout, she'll make sure she's back in the afternoon to get it done. Her commitment, discipline, and strong work ethic make her a very deserving Member of the Month.

Tell us what motivates you?
I have three sons' that are all health conscious, one is a physio, the other a chiropractor, and they all keep me in check with their protein supplements etc.
Any advice you can give others?
Keep fit, it's a need.
