BoxFit

BoxFit is a high-energy boxing fitness class designed to boost cardiovascular fitness, build upper-body and core strength, and relieve stress. Using boxing gloves and pads, you’ll punch, strike and move through powerful combinations that challenge your endurance while toning the arms, shoulders, back and core.
This fun, non-contact class is all about burning calories, releasing tension, and leaving you feeling strong, energised, and confident.

Cardio Kombat

CARDIO KOMBAT is a high-energy, exercise-to-music class inspired by martial arts and combat-style training. This non-contact workout combines powerful punches, kicks, and athletic movements set to motivating music to deliver a full-body cardio session.

MIXED TRAINING

PUMP HEAVY is a barbell-based strength class designed to help you build lean muscle through functional, compound movements. Booty Burn

BOOTY BURN is a lower-body focused strength class designed to build, tone, and sculpt the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. Using a mix of barbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands, this class combines a variety of movement patterns with some good old favourite exercises you know and love.
Expect squats, lunges, hip hinges, and targeted glute work to help shape strong, toned legs while improving lower-body strength and stability.

Mobility & Flow is a fundamentals-based class where you’ll have the opportunity to practice abdominal breathing, move through the full range of motion of your joints, and stretch in a conscious, controlled way.
Using breath to communicate with and calm the nervous system, this class focuses on improving mobility, reducing tension, and helping your body move more freely and efficiently. Nothing fancy — just simple, effective movements to support better movement and overall wellbeing.

Stable Strong Connected
Build strength from within. Focus on the core muscles which stabilise and protect the spine as well as strengthen the abdominals. Where we aim to get stronger in your core - you are stronger overall. This workout includes core exercises and uses a variety of resistance training equipment. Enjoy the calming and nourishing feel you get when you can bring awareness to how you are moving your body. Expect to feel the burn in a variety of places - this is a whole body workout

ELEVATE is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to take your fitness to the next level. This fast-paced workout combines explosive bodyweight exercises and weighted movements to build power, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.

SURGE is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to push your cardiovascular fitness to the next level. Your trainer will motivate you through fast-paced intervals and functional movements.
Expect a mix of challenging exercises and equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells, DB’s and bodyweight exercises to keep your heart rate high and energy levels surging.
