Box Fit
A 'kick ass' non-contact workout based on boxing techniques to strengthen, tone, increase confidence and take your fitness to the next level! Burns 100s of calories.
Pikinima
A cardio boost equipment-free class incorporating a combination of Boxing and Cardio moves. Groove along to fun funky music and get fit in the process.

For those on the better side of 50, come along to our Legends sessions: Legends Aqua and Legends Strength & Balance. Improve strength, coordination, balance & overall fitness.
ZUMBA®

The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Aqua Zumba
Bring the party to the pools! Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, this class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout.
