ASD Super Swimmers – Free Swimming Programme
(All Term 1 2026 Spaces FULL)
We are not currently able to take any further enrollments for Term 1 2026, however feel free to enquire and you will be contacted when more spaces become available.
Super Swimmers is a free, inclusive swimming programme designed for children aged 5–12 on the autism spectrum or with additional needs.
These small-group lessons focus on:
- Water safety and awareness
- Building confidence in and around water
- Positive parent–child bonding
Parents participate in the water, supporting their children in a calm, safe environment.

- Start Date: Thursday, April 30th
- Time: 4:00 PM (other session times may be available)

Youth Hour is a dedicated time for young people to access the gym in a safe and supported environment.

Train together and share the experience. Every Friday, members can bring a friend to the gym free of charge during selected hours.
