I'm currently studying personal training at NZIF in Manukau. I have a passion for health and fitness and achieving results with anyone who wants to make that change in their lifestyle. My interests include Marathon Running, Netball, Squash, Tennis, circuit and HIIT training. I enjoy a good challenge and will give any sport a go!.
I believe that your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince. If there is a Will, there is a Way.
I've always been fascinated and interested in Health and Fitness, Swimming, Cross fit, High-Performance Training, Circuit Training and General health and wellbeing.
My passion for Rugby led me to represent my country in Rugby Union and eventually to lead the Sri Lankan National Rugby Team.
I am currently following a Level 4 Diploma in Personal Training.
I have always been committed to staying healthy and wanting to always keep fit that is why I always tend to spend my time in the gym putting in those hours, I play semi-professional 8ball/snooker and I play rugby for the local club here in Papakura.
My desire and passion are to see happy members and clients always with a smile on their face and for them to progress through their fitness goals and wanting for them to achieve them.
I also wish for them to always stay committed to the gym lifestyle and to never throw in the towel.
Hi! My name is Emily Taylor, my role at the Papakura Leisure Centre is receptionist. Currently I’m studying at Howick College for my final year. Im interested in studying Occupational Therapy at AUT for next year. I’ve been enjoying playing netball for many years now. I very much enjoy my role as receptionist as I am able to interact with many different people.
