Goddess Within
Goddess Within is an 8 week long, FREE programme designed to educate and encourage young women to live healthy, active and meaningful lives. Goddess Within will allow participants to develop valuable, lifelong skills that they can utilize in everyday life once finishing the programme.
Dates: 25th October - 17th December
Participants must be able to attend sessions EVERY Tuesday 4pm - 5pm
Designed for young women aged 12 - 16 years
The programme is open to young women who are looking to gain confidence and knowledge within a gym environment, with the help of our Goddess Within team leaders.
