Tuesdays & Thursday 6:00pm
ZUU is 100% bodyweight training for all ages and fitness levels.
If you want:
- To get a cardio workout without doing lots of miles
- Achieve a level of body conditioning where you could burn body fat in a short period of time
- exercise using multiple muscles worked together in the way the body naturally moves with low-impact movements that could be done by all but still raise your heart rate.’

Exercises that inspire natural movement are not only more fun but they are also more challenging. By stimulating the body as much as possible, by using as much muscle mass as possible, stretching our fascia and engaging these natural systems, your body will feel more mobile,
