 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Offer valid for new clients only with children aged under 3 years at the start of the promotion.

2. Offer Details: Pay 50% off the standard group lesson price for 10 consecutive weeks of lessons.

3. Lesson Type: Promotion applies to group swim lessons only. Private lessons, holiday programs, and other special programs are excluded.

4. Booking: Spots are limited and subject to availability. Enrolment must be completed via SwimMagic’s online booking.

5. Payment: This offer required you to sign up for weekly lessons with payment through your bank account or credit card, these lessons are ongoing and you will receive a half price discount for the first 10 consecutive weeks and then the price will return to the standard price. You can cancel at anytime after the minimum term of enrolment which is 4 weeks with 10 days notice give to the swim school. 

6. Duration: Lessons must be taken within the scheduled 10-week period. No extensions or transfers beyond the promotion period.

7. Refunds & Cancellations: Standard SwimMagic policies apply. No refunds for missed lessons. Lessons cancelled by SwimMagic due to unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled.

8. Non-Transferable: Offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.

9. Promotion Period: Offer valid from 10 November 2025 to 31 December 2025. SwimMagic reserves the right to end the promotion early if all spots are filled.

10. Changes to Terms: SwimMagic reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
