Qualified Personal Trainers
Our friendly personal trainers are here to provide you with that 1 to 1 ‘personal’ experience. They will help you with your exercise technique and safety, diet and eating plan, and give you that motivation and guidance to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Stay Strong
Stay Strong is a Land Based Class Focused on, Core Strenght, Muscle Tone, Balance and Flexibility.
Using mostly bodyweight movements this class is specially tailored for those in their 50s, 60s,70s, and plus.
Every Tuesday at 11 am (WASC room)
Sauna, Spa and Swim your day away
The Whangarei Aquatic Centre sauna is an electrically heated, dry sauna that is perfect to relieve stress, relax muscles and flush toxins.
Our spa is heated to 38° providing the perfect environment for relaxing with the whole family.
Lap it up in our 25 metre pool, with 7 lanes available we have space for everyone.

Congratulations, Krissey! Our February Member of the Month.
Krissey joined us in early 2023 with the encouragement of a friend and was doing one aqua class per week on a casual basis, she has now upgraded to a member and doing more classes on a regular basis including Ai Chi. Even though her body gives her a hard time from time to time she still pushes through as the positive health and mental wellbeing out weighs everything else. Krissey has always enjoyed the water and being able to work out in it is an absolute joy. Krissey would also like to pay a special mention to our incredible instructors.

How do I join?
We offer both lump sum and easy pay direct debit options. You can sign up in our facility or online.
What is included in my gym membership?
Your gym membership gives you access to our fitness centre including complimentary fitness assessments & gym programmes, unlimited use of our spa & sauna, access to all of our Group Fitness classes.
Can I suspend my membership?
Yes you can request a suspension of your membership at any time, please get in touch with us at the facility for more information on this process.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please get in touch with us at the facility if you wish to cancel your membership.
Can I buy a day pass?
We offer a range of options for access into the facility from casual admission, concession passes and memberships.
