Move Over Cancer is a nationwide campaign rallying New Zealanders to take action for people affected by cancer.

With lots happening, we have something for everyone! 
 
Friday 13th March - Aqua class 7.15pm- 8pm 
Saturday 14th March - Power- Rox Comp 8am 12pm! 
Saturday 14th Les Mills Launch 8am - 12pm (various classes) timetable coming soon. 
Ice baths available on Saturday to cool down after your work out! 
 
We are joined by our sponsor LSKD on the Saturday so get yourself down and they might have some goodies for you!! 
 
To book and join in simply donate and see our reception team! Cannot make it on the day – drop off your donation onsite or online all week long!

Move Over Cancer – Power Rox Competition

Join the fun and take part in our Power Rox singles and doubles comp at CLM the Bays as we fundraise for Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation (PINC & STEEL).

Pay what you want with a minimum donation of $10! (we will be in touch once you have registered to sort the donation part). 

 

EVENT FULL

Event Schedule: 

Date: 14th March 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Solo Division (both female and male compete together but finalised times will be separated based on gender)

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Doubles Division (all genders mixed together).

Wave Starts

  • 5 athletes/teams per wave
  • Waves released every 10–15 minutes (TBC based on final registration numbers)

Workout Format

  1. 800m Run
  2. Row 1000m
  3. 800m Run
  4. Plate Pinch Carry 120m
  5. 800m Run
  6. Burpee Broad Jumps 60m
  7. 800m Run
  8. Walking Lunges 60m
  9. 800m Run
  10. Wall Balls 100 reps

Solo Division

  • Athletes complete the full workout individually.

Doubles Division

  • Partners split the workout however they choose.
  • Both athletes must complete the 800m run together and stay within 1m of each other during run.
  • Only one partner works at a time at each station (except run).

Weight Divisions

Solo Division
• Female – weighted lunges 10kg, wall balls 4kg, Plate Pinch Carry 10kg (each side) 
• Male – weighted lunges 20kg, wall balls 6kg, Plate Pinch Carry 15kg (each side) 

Doubles Division
• All female - weighted lunges 10kg, wall balls 4kg, Plate Pinch Carry 10kg (each side) 
• All Male - weighted lunges 20kg, wall balls 6kg, Plate Pinch Carry 15kg (each side) 

• Mixed - weighted lunges 20kg, wall balls 6kg, Plate Pinch Carry 15kg (each side)
