Sam Holland
Facility Manager
Sam has been in sales and customer service for over 25 years and is excited to work with the Papakura community and the amazing Massey Park team. He is looking forward to reaching out to community groups and local Iwi in partnership, and creating new programs for everyone. Sam is looking forward to building on the success of the Massey Park whānau to support our community to access and enjoy the incredible things our facility has to offer.
Luisa Denton
Aquatics Coordinator
Luisa has been with Massey Park pool for over 18 years she is s a highly valued member of our team and brings with her years of experience and knowledge within the Aquatics Industry. She is nationally recognised within the industry gaining NZ lifeguard of the year 2017 and drives the way for mentoring, assessing and developing lifeguards throughout the sector.
Kelly Tupaea-Hoet
Customer Service Coordinator
With over 11 years of experience in the industry, she ensures a fun, creative and safe environment for the children in our programmes including the Chillout after School Care, Holiday Program. and Breakaway Programme. Kelly also overseas the Wave Raves and Baby and Me Programmes. Kelly has a certificate in Identifying and Responding to Vulnerability and Child Abuse. In her spare time, Kelly plays rugby and touch for Papakura.
Chuli Galgamuwa
SwimMagic Coordinator
With over 10yrs of experience in the industry, Chuli has worked as an instructor on lessons and Water Safety, Junior Coach with Papakura Swim Club, assisted with Swim school admin and Chill Out driving. Chuli has completed her Level 4 Swim Teacher Qualification, as well as certificates and qualifications, with a range of National bodies - Swimming NZ, AustSwim, Water Safety NZ, NZ Sport and Coaching courses covering all levels from Babies to Adults, Water Safety, Competitive strokes and swimmers with additional needs.
Chuli has excellent parental / customer communication and listening skills. When required, she will problem-solve to get the best solution for all involved.
With her 3 daughters having progressed through Learn to Swim to now be swimming with Papakura Swim Club, this drives Chuli’s passion to see all swimmers working to their full potential and challenging them to be the best they can be.
Sandra Alderton
Chill Out and Programs Coordinator
Originally from Whangarei, Sandra is now settled in Papakura, with her 2 children. She brings over 20 years experience in Customer Service and retail, to her role of Chill Out and Programs Coordinator. Her love for crafts is a great asset to the Chill Out program, as she gets to be creative, have fun with the young ones and inspire them to make, build and create memorable art pieces.
Sandra enjoys going to the Gym and gardening and the job allows her to enjoy family time and make jewellery from resin and polymer clay.
She is passionate about working to grow the Chill Out numbers and looks forward to working to inspire the children she has in afterschool care to be creative and active.
