Heather Parsons

Facility Manager

Heather has been with CLM for over 14 years beginning her CLM career at the Massey Park Pool, moving to Pt Erin Pool, Mt Albert Aquatic Centre, Onehunga War Memorial Pool and coming back to her roots managing the Massey Park Pool in 2017. Her experience in customer service has led a strong path to her current role of Facility Manager. Heather prides herself in leading her teams and is passionate about customer service. Her attention to detail and efficiency makes her an asset to the company.


Kelly Tupaea

Programmes Coordinator

Kelly is our programmes coordinator. With over 11 years experience through the industry, she ensures a fun, creative and safe environment for the children in our programmes including the Chillout after School Care, Holiday Program. and Breakaway Programme. Kelly also overseas the Wave Raves and Baby and Me Programmes. Kelly has a certificate in Identifying and Responding to Vulnerability and Child Abuse. In her spare time, Kelly plays rugby and touch for Papakura.


Luisa Denton

Aquatics Coordinator

Luisa has been with Massey Park pool for over 18 years she is s a highly valued member of our team and brings with her years of experience and knowledge within the Aquatics Industry. She is nationally recognised within the industry gaining NZ lifeguard of the year 2017 and drives the way for mentoring, assessing and developing lifeguards throughout the sector.


Kirstie Nash

SwimMagic Coordinator

Kirstie has been a valued and experienced member of Massey Park Pool since 2003, starting as an Instructor and working to develop Massey Parks Water Safety Program and becoming Swim school Coordinator. Kirstie has a passion and enjoys being in the water teaching all ages. She sees water safety an important par of her role, encouraging and providing skills for New Zealanders to be safer in, on and around water. Being a primary school teacher, is an added bonus for the Swim school, as she can share her teaching knowledge, behaviour techniques and skills with other staff.

Shaun Foley

Papakura Swim Club -Director of Coaching
Shaun is a swimming New Zealand accredited coach and has been coaching for over 10 years. Under Shaun, the club has strong national swimmers from Juniors through to New Zealand Opens. Shaun has had medalists in Division II and National Age Groups.

Shaun was also head coach for the Parafed Auckland swimming program which requires working with children with physical disabilities to streamline them into club swimming. This program is linked with Paralympic New Zealand & Swimming NZ.

Shaun swam competitively for 10 years & swam with Parafed Canterbury & Paralympic NZ for 8 of the 10 years, he represented New Zealand twice under Paralympics NZ. At age 15, Shaun represented New Zealand at the 1999 Australian Junior Wheelchair games in Perth and achieved 2 golds, 2 silvers, 3 bronzes. The same year, aged 16, he represented New Zealand at the World Wheelchair games in Christchurch achieving bronze in the 200 IM, Shaun still holds New Zealand records.

Shaun is passionate about swimming and the next generation of swimmers helping them achieve their dreams. He has a strong belief with the right team and attitude you can and will be successful.


Ashley Pita

Senior Customer Service Representative

Ashley has been working for Massey Park Pool for over 2 years. She runs the customer service, bookings, Shop and cafe. Ashley has completed her Sports, Exercise and Leisure Operations (SELO) qualification. She prides herself in giving our customers the best experience possible while spending the day with us.
