Our Leadership Team
Heather has been with CLM for over 14 years beginning her CLM career at the Massey Park Pool, moving to Pt Erin Pool, Mt Albert Aquatic Centre, Onehunga War Memorial Pool and coming back to her roots managing the Massey Park Pool in 2017. Her experience in customer service has led a strong path to her current role of Facility Manager. Heather prides herself in leading her teams and is passionate about customer service. Her attention to detail and efficiency makes her an asset to the company.
Kelly is our programmes coordinator. With over 11 years experience through the industry, she ensures a fun, creative and safe environment for the children in our programmes including the Chillout after School Care, Holiday Program. and Breakaway Programme. Kelly also overseas the Wave Raves and Baby and Me Programmes. Kelly has a certificate in Identifying and Responding to Vulnerability and Child Abuse. In her spare time, Kelly plays rugby and touch for Papakura.
Luisa has been with Massey Park pool for over 18 years she is s a highly valued member of our team and brings with her years of experience and knowledge within the Aquatics Industry. She is nationally recognised within the industry gaining NZ lifeguard of the year 2017 and drives the way for mentoring, assessing and developing lifeguards throughout the sector.
Klavdiya has been in the Aquatic industry for 14 years. She has a Business management Level 7 degree and a Swim teacher award level 4 qualifications. Klavdiya has overseas experience in swim teaching, aqua aerobics and lifeguarding and looks forward to working with our range of customers at our busy Massey Park Pool facility.
Customer Service Coordinator
Cullen first started in the industry in 2013 as a bright and enthusiastic receptionist. He has been the Customer Service Coordinator at the Pt Erin Pools and has helped with the Parnell Baths. Cullen has even worked in our Support Office for CLM. He has been very fortunate to have worked in many aquatic and recreation facilities, gaining experience in many departments. Cullen is currently the Customer Service Coordinator for Massey Park Pools. He prides himself on being knowledgeable, well-versed, and providing reliable assistance which helps him to perform a considerable variety of reception processes such as team management, memberships, bookings, retail, cafe, and administration.
