From BBQ areas to birthday parties, we have booking options that can cater for any size or budget. You can even hire a pool or the stadium!
Please note that we only take bookings 6 months in advance.
BBQ Area 1 - Electric
The perfect reserved area for up to 80 people.
3 Hours Booking - $200
- 3 hour exclusive use
- 3 x large BBQ tables and chairs
- 2 x trestle tables
- 2 x electric BBQ's
A $40 bond is required which will be refunded once BBQ has been cleaned and checked by staff
BBQ Area 2 - Toddlers
The perfect reserved area for up to 40 people.
3 Hours Booking - $150
- 3 hour exclusive use
- 2 x trestle tables
- 1 x portable BBQ

Birthday packages available on Saturdays only from 10am to 5pm.
Exclusive After Hour Pool Hire
Host your own exclusive private pool function. Suitable for birthdays, events, celebrations and family or social gatherings.
4 Hours Booking - $1050
- 4 hours of exclusive use for your group
- 2 X Portable BBQs
- 6 Tables and 20 Chairs
- Full access to our covered Toddlers BBQ Area
- 2 Qualified lifeguard supervision (council ratio 1lifeguard per 50 people)
- 100 people Max (spectators and swimmers)
- 1 Stadium staff to manage the front door
- 6 Tables and 20 Chairs
- Private usage - CLOSED to the public
- Full access to all pools
- Full access to sauna and spa
A refundable bond $300 additional to hire cost.
Cost for additional lifeguard $150.
Facility Hire
At Ōtāhuhu Pool and Leisure Centre, we have a wide range of facilities available for hire depending on availability. These include:
- Full-sized multi sport court
- 1 x indoor netball court
- 1 x full basketball court (2 x half courts)
- Two full-sized volleyball courts
- Meeting rooms available for small groups
- Limited tables and chairs
