- Monday 16th - 22nd Dec - All LM classes doing the release 10 years ago
- Friday 20th Dec - Special Aqua class 8.15 am – 9 am (morning tea afterwards)
- Saturday 21st Dec - GAS Games, Pool party and Inflatable day

POWER-ROX is our brand-new seasonal POWERHOUSE class designed specifically to prepare participants for HYROX. This 8-week program focuses on building the key physical qualities needed for HYROX success — endurance, strength, power, speed, and functional efficiency.
