- Monday 7th Oct (Bootcamp)
- Wednesday 9th Oct (Boxing) – Free entry to wave rave afterwards.
- Friday 11th Oct (Bootcamp)
- 5s -9s year old 11am – 11.45am
- 10s – 14s-year-olds – 12pm 12.45pm
*Bonus-free entry into the Wave Rave if joining the Wednesday Fitness session.

Our Ladies changing rooms/showers will be closed from 15th of December until 19th of January for renovations. Our pools will be closed from the 22nd of December until 12th January for renovations. We're deeply sorry for any inconvenience.

POWER-ROX is our brand-new seasonal POWERHOUSE class designed specifically to prepare participants for HYROX. This 8-week program focuses on building the key physical qualities needed for HYROX success — endurance, strength, power, speed, and functional efficiency.
