YOUTH WEEK AT THE BAYS 

Thanks to Ara Taiohi and Youth Week 2024 we are offering 7 different group fitness classes across 7 days FREE for young woman aged 13-24.

  • Monday 20th May - 7am - Les Mills GRIT CARDIO (30min)
  • Tuesday 21 May - 6.10pm - Les Mills RPM (30min)
  • Wednesday 22nd May - 4.15pm - Les Mills CORE (30 min)
  • Thursday 23 May - 7am - Les Mills BODYCOMBAT (45 min)
  • Friday 24 May - 6.10pm - Les Mills Dance (45 min)
  • Saturday 25th May - 10.45am - BOOTCAMP (45min)
  • Sunday 26th May - 10.30am - PILATES (45min)

You will also get a Free Smoothie after each class and a 2 week membership for any non members at CLM The Bays!
