I’ve signed up at a CLM facility on an Auckland Region membership. What happens now?
Please review the email sent to your inbox for full details about your membership.
If you signed up online, visit your home facility and present yourself to reception to receive your swipe card.
You will also receive an Auckland Council Region membership card, which can be used at Auckland Council and YMCA-operated facilities.
How do I access other facilities within the Auckland Council Pools and Leisure network?
On your first visit to a partner facility, show your Auckland Region membership card at reception.
They will set you up in their system so you can access their facilities.
Can I access Group Fitness classes?
Yes. Members will need to set up a membership with each organisation they wish to visit, which means you may have up to three separate online profiles.
