Freyberg’s Māra Gets a Fresh New Look 🌿

Kori’s been out of the pool and into the great outdoors!

Our Freyberg team recently rolled up their sleeves to give the facility’s māra (garden) a well-deserved refresh. With the help of Glen and the Palmerston North City Council crew, the team spent the day clearing, planting, and revitalising the space around the centre.

It was a day filled with sunshine, teamwork, and plenty of laughs — and the results speak for themselves. The gardens are now bursting with life, adding a bright, welcoming touch to Freyberg’s outdoor areas.

A big thank you to everyone who lent a hand and helped make our community space even more inviting.
