These 6-weeks courses teach you about breathing with movement, balance, coordination, positioning of bodies, spatial awareness, strength and flexibility.

A class inspired by Tai Chi, Chair Yoga & Pilates based on functional movements to improve flexibility, leg strength & general mobility. Practice your balance and finish with a guided relaxation to reduce stress.

WAKAPUAKA ACTIVITY PROGRAMME

Pilates Course

  • Wednesday: 4 October to 29 November, 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. No class on 11 October.
  • $96 per person, or 10-18 years: $72

This 8-week course teaches you about breathing with movement, balance, coordination, positioning of bodies, spatial awareness, strength & flexibility.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat with you. Payment on the night using EFTPOS or details will be given for internet payment.

Held at the Wakapuaka Hall, 460 Wakapuaka Road.
