Yesterday, the CLM management team gathered from all corners of the country for a day of reflection and connection at our management conference. It was a valuable chance to catch up, share ideas, and align on our goals for the year ahead.

One of the main topics was the first 50 days at CLM’s new Auckland facilities. We took time to celebrate the early wins and also looked at where we can continue to grow. Key themes that stood out were health and safety and building stronger ties with our communities.

With clear goals in place and a renewed sense of purpose, everyone left feeling energised and united—ready to keep working towards creating stronger, safer, and more connected communities.
