Pierre Holland becomes shareholder of CLM

We are delighted to announce that recently Pierre Holland has acquired a shareholding interest in Community Leisure Management Limited.  The remaining shareholders, John, Joe, Kirsty and Craig are excited to have Pierre on board the ownership team to assist in the delivery of the long term growth and continuing success of CLM. With over 20 years of service to CLM, Pierre has nearly worked in every position possible across a range of CLM facilities. Starting as a swim school instructor and then moving into Aquatics. Pierre quickly progressed to managing several facilities across New Zealand, including the iconic Parnell Baths.

After project managing CLM’s work in Saudi Arabia for 24 months, Pierre returned to Rotorua where he has worked and lived for the last four years supporting our network of facilities across the central North Island including Rotorua Aquatic Centre, Otorohanga War Memorial Pool, Waitomo Aquatic Centre and Ruapehu District Councils pools.

Pierre is excited about the opportunity moving forward saying, “It’s great to acquire a shareholding with CLM and a fantastic group of people. For me personally it’s great to show others that no matter where you start in our industry if you are willing to work hard anything is possible. I look forward to continuing to support our facilities for at least another 20 years”.
