Forest & Bird's Bird of year is back for 2020 and this year we're on a mission to ensure our old mate and mascot Kori the Kororā takes out top spot!

It’s the world’s smallest penguin with a big place in New Zealanders’ hearts. Marching out to sea each morning, returning at dusk after a hard day’s fishing – this penguin is a true blue worker.
