Z Manu World Champs

Over the past two weekends, we were proud to host two official qualifying events for the Z Manu World Champs in Nelson and Palmerston North.

The atmosphere across both venues was electric, with competitors, whānau and supporters turning out in force to be part of the action.

While events like this are exciting on the day, they don’t happen without a huge amount of work behind the scenes. A big shoutout to our facility teams who show up every day and stepped up once again to deliver these events seamlessly. From set up and pack down to operations and customer experience, it was a real team effort.

These moments are a great example of what our teams do best, creating spaces where communities can come together, have fun and make memories. Hosting events of this scale is no small task, and it’s something our people handle with professionalism and pride.

CLM’s mission is simple: we put leisure in your life and life in your leisure, and this was a great example of that in action. Seeing our facilities buzzing, families connecting and communities celebrating together really embodies what we’re all about.

We’re already looking ahead to next year, plans to make the events even bigger and better! Of course, with all events come learnings, we plan on incorporating stronger on-site branding so everyone can clearly see the role CLM plays in bringing opportunities like this to our communities.
