Boxfit

10 weeks of boxing and fitness for boys aged 12-16. Learn boxing techniques, skills and improve fitness & confidence.

Sessions will incorporate pad work, bag work, foot work and fitness, run by our skilled and experienced boxing coach.  

The programme also includes free swimming before/after each class. Please note spaces are limited to 20 participants.
