This February, our team, the Push Up Pack, is committing to 2,000 push-ups each as part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising funds and awareness for mental health in Aotearoa New Zealand.
We’re doing this to support the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping them continue their work towards a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.
If you’d like to support the cause, you can donate to our team using the link below. Every contribution, big or small, helps make a real difference.

Move Over Cancer – Join the Movement This March at the Richmond Aquatic Centre

Funds raised through Move Over Cancer go directly to the Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation (PINC & STEEL). Your donation supports the delivery of rehabilitation services to people who otherwise couldn’t afford it — restoring strength, reducing disability, easing pressure on families, and unlocking the survival benefits of exercise.
