The Evolt 360 body composition scanner has arrived at Richmond Aquatic Centre. This intelligent body scanner is a simple-to-use 60-second scan that provides detailed data about a body through more than 40 measurements, including muscle mass, fat percentage, and metabolic age, giving you a clear baseline to track your progress over time. It works simply by passing a safe electrical current through the feet and hands.

Preparation Tips

1. Scan at the same time of day for consistency.
2. Maintain similar hydration and food intake as your previous scans.
3. Avoid training, alcohol, caffeine, or thermogenic products before scanning.
4. Ensure you are calm and rested before your scan.
5. Women should track their menstrual cycle for consistency across readings.
