A low impact, yet challenging and effective workout that tightens and tones your core muscles. ABS is a great class to either start or end your workout with. Is suitable for all levels.
BoxFit
BoxFit is designed to improve your cardiovascular health, coordination and fitness.
This class is a combination of boxing combo’s and body weight exercises.
Circuit
This is a Hiit style class designed to improve overall strength and endurance. Circuit classes involve working your way through a variety of exercise stations within a set time frame

Rev-Pump
Rev Pump is a combination of high intensity cycling, body weight exercises and resistance exercises. Perfect for those wanting to increase their aerobic fitness as well as their strength endurance. This class really gets the heart rate up so bring your sweat towel!!
Yogalates
A combination class that brings together the strength and core work of Pilates and the mobility and balance from Yoga.
