Developed for people who want to “empower” their personal fitness goals while enjoying a dynamic atmosphere and team culture. 

Our experienced and passionate fitness team deliver challenging and fun sessions that will get your endorphins racing!

Our set up 

  • High-quality Olympic lifting gear & set up (Bars, bumper plates, deadlift bar jack).
  • Big rig (suspension training gear & rig accessories).
  • 20m x 10m Astroturf.
  • Boxing gear from “NZ Boxer” (gloves, pads, bags).
  • Battle ropes and 4 x ropes to the ceiling, Polar heart rate monitors and fitness app, TV for fitness monitoring.
  • Toilets and locker space

Our Classes

AMRAP

Complete a circuit as many times as you can within a given time frame.

Barbell Club

Improve your strength, speed, coordination along with their powerlifting and olympic lifting technique.

BMS

Advance strength and conditioning workout involving functional movements and olympic lifts.

BMS Skills

This class will focus on developing the fundamentals and more complex weightlifting and gymnastic movements which are often programmed in our BMS class.

Bootcamp

A high intensity class that combines body weight exercises with cardio and strength conditioning. This class offers variety and is designed to push participants and keep the body guessing.

Cardio Club

Hight intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.

G.A.S.

Discover the experience of general adaption syndrome by testing your limits with specialised strength and conditioning WODS.

Mama Movement

Mama Movement is designed to restore pelvic floor, core, strength and general fitness. Mums can train with like-minded women in a relaxed, safe and supportive environment. Babies are welcome.

Metcon

Metabolic Conditioning is a workout that recruits all 3 of your energy systems to improve overall fitness. It will include a combination of cardio, strength and gymnastic exercises.

Strike

Improve your fitness while gaining specialised boxing skills and TKO your goals.

Tabata

This workout is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time.

Team Training

Team Training is a strength and conditioning class. The workouts are designed to be done in teams or pairs. These classes are perfect for those who need that extra push, or for those training for their next comp.

Open Gym

Drop into the powerhouse for an open gym session. Work on your form, complete your own workout, or simply come say hi!
