Bring a Friend for Free Fridays

Train together and share the experience.

Every Friday, members can bring a friend to the gym free of charge during selected hours.

How it works:

Available Fridays only (9:00am – 3:00pm)

One guest per member per visit – Ts and Cs apply

Guests must sign in at reception on arrival

Available to ages 14+ year

This is a great way to introduce someone new to the gym or train alongside a friend!
