This six-week challenge will test upper and lower body strength, and cardiovascular endurance through a weekly run club, and recovery sessions in the sauna and steam room. Nutritional advice and guidelines throughout the challenge as well.

- All levels of fitness are welcome

Indoor Leisure Pool Closure
On Monday the 6th of May the Top Leisure, Bottom Leisure & Indoor slides will be CLOSING through until Monday the 6th of June 2024. The pools are closing for major repairs & replacements to the pool lining.
Lido 25m lane pool closed to public lane swimming from 3pm–6pm Mondays to Fridays
The Lido Aquatic Centre 25m lane pool is going to be closed to public lane swimming from 3pm – 6pm (Monday – Friday) from the 19th of Feb 2024 onwards.
