Mama Movement is a 6-week postpartum class designed to restore pelvic floor, core, strength and general fitness. Mums can train with like-minded women in a relaxed, safe and supportive environment. 

These classes are instructed by an experienced Personal Trainer with qualifications in pregnant and postnatal training.  

  • Starts 31st March 
  • 9:30 am - 10:30 am 
  • Cost is $99 for 6 weeks.

Babies are welcome, please have them safely secured in a pram or other safe baby tool. 

*Pre-exercise screening form must be completed before starting the class.
