Who is the Platinum Programme for?
Platinum is perfect for those who play team and individual sports and want to increase fitness by adding in the low-impact properties of water as resistance. We highly recommend this for those that play contact sports such as Rugby and those that involved an impact with the ground/directional changes such as Football, Netball and Basketball. This programme also perfectly complements those in athletics and the ever-growing popularity of cycling. Talk to the team today to see if Platinum would be a great addition to your child’s current sporting activities or as a starting place to get moving this winter!
