We're excited to announce that five new ice baths will soon be available at Richmond Aquatic Centre!

Located between our hydrotherapy and spa pools, the ice baths are a fantastic new addition for athletes, sports teams, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone looking to experience the benefits of cold-water therapy. They can be enjoyed on their own or as part of a hot and cold recovery session alongside our spa and sauna facilities.

To ensure every user has the best experience, ice baths will operate by booking only and will be freshly filled for each session. To help keep costs affordable, users and teams will be required to bring their own ice.

Whether you're recovering after a tough workout, supporting muscle recovery, or simply keen to try the latest wellness trend, our new ice baths will provide another great way to make the most of your visit to Richmond Aquatic Centre.
