Manager Meeting
Manager Meeting
Our team recently came together in Auckland for our May Managers Meeting, held over two days at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron in Westhaven. Set against a stunning harbour backdrop, the venue provided the perfect environment for connection, fresh thinking, and shared experiences.
The focus of the event was on collaboration, bringing leaders together from across the business to connect, share perspectives, and explore new ideas.
Through a mix of group sessions, open discussions, and breakout activities, managers had the opportunity to reflect on our current approach and think collectively about how we can continue to improve and innovate.
Beyond the sessions, time spent together was just as valuable.
An early morning walk around the marina gave space to connect and reflect, while a behind-the-scenes tour of the University of Auckland’s new HIWA recreation centre offered inspiration through its innovative design and forward-thinking approach.
Overall, the meeting was a great reminder of the value of coming together face-to-face; strengthening relationships, encouraging collaboration, and aligning on how we continue to deliver the best outcomes for our communities.
