MsFit includes access to the sessions below:
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday- RPM on request.
- Wednesday 3:45 pm - Les Mills Tone & Bootcamp.
- Thursday 3:45 pm - Les Mills Virtual Core.
- Anytime access to pools and spas.
