We're Hiring
Assistant Swim Coach – Part-time
Are you passionate about working with children and love to help develop youth athletes to reach their potential? The Tasman Magic Academy based at the Richmond Aquatic Centre has an opportunity for an Assistant Swim Coach to join the swim club team.
As an Assistant Swim Coach, your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Passionate about swimming and confident working with children of all ages
- Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy pool environment
- A positive, energetic personality with excellent communication skills
- Deliver one coaching session per week to support the Head Coach
- Provide cover for the Head Coach during periods of absence
- Knowledge and understanding of swimming, swim coaching, and athlete development
- Paid training provided
- Complimentary use of the facility
- Ongoing training, development, and qualification opportunities
- A fun, supportive team environment where you can make a real difference
Hours:
Part time - 2.5 hours per week
