Building Champions
Building Champions is a fun, active, and challenging programme for children. We aim to improve their fitness and coordination which will benefit them if they play sport, and also teach them new skills and good training ethics to stay with them for life. More importantly, we want them to have fun with fitness!
- Sessions are specifically developed to cater for ages 8 to 13.
- Sessions are held every Monday, 3:45 pm at Palmy Powerhouse*.
- Cost is $10 per week.
*Palmy Powerhouse is located at 6 Chatham Lane, Palmerston North. Our building champions program runs from February through to December.

The Lido Aquatic Centre 25m lane pool is going to be closed to public lane swimming from 3pm – 6pm (Monday – Friday) from the 19th of Feb 2024 onwards.
